Food and Beverage Vendor Applications
2026 Richmond Folk Festival Food Vendor Applications now open!
Thank you for your interest in becoming a food vendor at the 2026 Richmond Folk Festival. Due to the renovation of Brown’s Island, this year’s festival site may be slightly smaller. However, we are making every effort to accommodate as many food vendors as possible.
Vendor Fees: Vendor fees are based on a 20’ x 20’ footprint and start at $1,800.
To apply: Download and complete all three application documents: Food Vendor Guidelines, Electrical Agreement, and Food Vendor Application. Applications will only be considered if all three documents are submitted together with payment. Completed applications must be mailed to or delivered in person to our office.
Please note: There is a $40 fee to submit this application.
Applications are due (postmarked) by Wednesday, April 1.
